Revlon PhotoReady Liquid Foundation #001 Ivory

Last year I had decided to take a break from foundations and stick with lighter BB creams after I was able to overcome most of my acne and deminish the scarring.  Recently I decided that for winter I would like to branch out into foundations again, but sadly when I swatched the Urban Decay's cream foundation that my ULTA carried it was too dark. Next I went to Benefits foundation; still too dark.  I marched myself over to the drugstore side and browsed through a few sections until I decided that Revlon's buy one get one 50% was a good reason to try out their PhotoReady foundation.

Revlon ColorStay 16 Hour Quad - 535 Goddess + EOTD

For about the last year now, I have been pretty much using the same eye shadows daily. Those eye shadows being Almay's old green eye palette and the two purple palettes I own from Lancome. My friend Rachael did my makeup the other day with her new Naked palette and I decided that I needed to experiment with eyeshadow again! I'm going to try to not use any Lancome palettes or my Almay one for one month. Which meant I obviously needed to go pick up some new eye shadows. I have seen some awesome reviews of Revlon's ColorStay 16 Hour quads and went to Target set on buying two or three of them. Sadly, they only had 5 palettes in stock: Goddess, Luscious, Adventurous, Brazen, and Seductive. Goddess was luckily on the top of my wish list, but I will have to go back another day for Attitude and Precocious.

Revlon Lip Butter Review

I've had the chance to try a few Revlon Lip Butters and I have had mixed reviews on them. I bought Strawberry Shortcake, ended up hating it, traded my friend for Peach Parfait, and hated it even more! D: Between Rachael and I, I've ended up trying Strawberry Shortcake, Peach Parfait, Creme Brulee, Sugar Frosting, and Lollipop.

Revlon Just Bitten Lipstain Review + Skin79 (Pink) Update

I have been using my Skin79 Super BB Cream (Hot Pink) for this entire week and I do have to say I notice a bit of oil on my nose around noon-2pm, which is very normal. I also have only had one new pimple during this week, so I have to say that it does not cause me to break out. I am still not 100% happy with the coverage, but I have been pairing it with a concealer most days and together they are perfect.

While I am waiting for my other BB Cream samples to come, I decided to give Revlon's Just Bitten lip stain a try. I have always used nude/peach coloured lipsticks and lipglosses so my friend wanted me to go outside of the box and try an actual colour! I grabbed Passion, because it was pink but didn't look too light or too bright. What drew me to Revlon's lip stain was that it comes with a lip balm on the end so that your lips don't dry out.
Here is a pretty picture of the tube from Google.
